Welcome to From the Earth Essentials!This blog will focus on Skin Care routines.
Today we will discuss our owner's skin routine. Skin care first starts with what you place in your body. An ideal Alkaline diet looks like vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, teas and/or clean meat. Can food & preservatives can be bad for our insides & disrupt our outside.
Step 1: A healthy skin care routine will start with a detox. Detox your body from the sugars & preservatives.
Step 2: Daily face washes with a natural soap & water every other day. I personally use black soap & when that becomes to much for my face, I switch to castile soap.
Step 3: Every three(3) days, I use a witch hazel to deeply cleanse my skin.
Step 4: After each wash & dry , I moisturize my face with a jojoba oil, argan oil and/or grapeseed oil. It only takes a small 2 drops. After moisturizing, I use a finger nail of shea butter to hold the moisture in place.
